Inclement Weather & Studio Closings
Our Southern weather provides us with a variety of weather conditions on a moment’s notice. In the event of snow, ice, floods, tornado, etc. or when the Forsyth County school system cancels classes due to weather, our studio will also be CLOSED. We will be closed during the Forsyth County school system’s Thanksgiving, Christmas/Holiday break and spring break sessions. We will be OPEN and conducting classes on teacher work days.

Make-up Classes

We feel that in order to effectively teach your child, that all classes are important and any missed classes should be made up, therefore we do not offer refunds for missed classes. We will post our class make-up schedules in the studio lobby if a class is missed due to us. Make-up classes include any missed classes due to inclement weather. If your child misses a class, we would appreciate the classes being made up within 2 weeks of the miss, to enable your child in the best possible way.
